WHY TRAIN WITH US?

We would love to meet you! No experience required.

​We offer a small group, personalized, motivating and tailored experience for participants over the age of 18. The lesson plans are curated by Laurie, Clinical Exercise Physiologist/ Kinesiologist, specifically for the participants registered in the programs. Laurie has over 35 years of teaching experience and is certified in many types of formats. Various options are provided, as we believe fitness is for EVERY BODY.

How it works: Register online to request a space, After review, an email accepting or denying your request will be sent . Please send an etransfer or pay on our website on the home screen after your class request has been approved - Etransfer to bodyconnectionsregina@hotmail.com or use the PAY ONLINE TAB on the home page.

Program Policies:

Spaces are not held without payment. Your registration will be cancelled if payment is not received within 12 hours of confirmation. We reserve the right to limit or deny registration requests.

Please respect others. If you are unwell, kindly do not attend. We share space with compromised clients. 

What to bring :Please bring clean indoor running shoes for fitness classes, a yoga mat, water bottle, your smile, and a sweat towel.  Participants must have their doctors permission to begin and exercise program and have filled out the screening form and waiver sent in the booking email. We love kids, but please arrange alternate childcare. Family members or friends are not permitted to wait in reception during your class.

If you have to miss class :

We provide a small group experience that is tailored specifically to those clients on the list class list. Each session is carefully curated. When you register, we reserve one of our limited spaces for you and most often turn away other clients wanting that time slot. In order to continue to offer our services, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes. We encourage you to look at your schedule before registering.

In person Drop ins / Makeup classes and transfers are not permitted. Sorry you cannot send someone in your place to class or trade with other students. Single class registrations are an option that we offer to fit your busy schedule. If you decide not to attend your registered class, refunds and credits are not provided.

Registration after a session has begun : If there is space in a program, not to worry! Just register for the single class dates that work for you.

We are a small clinic and have to cover expenses: Refunds are not given after registration and payment has been submitted for any reason.

JOIN US FOR A WHOLE BODY WORKOUT! IN THIS SMALL GROUP SESSION, WE WILL BE UTILIZING A VARIETY OF EQUIPMENT SUCH AS KETTLEBELLS, DUMBBELLS, AND SUSPENSION TRAINERS IN ORDER TO IMPROVE STRENGTH, BALANCE, ENDURANCE, MOBILITY, AGILITY, FLEXIBILITY AND CORE STABILITY.A FUN AND VERY EFFECTIVE SYSTEM, SUSPENSION TRAINING USES GRAVITY AND YOUR BODY WEIGHT TO  COMPLETE THE EXERCISES. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

IN ORDER TO ENSURE OPTIMAL RESULTS, THIS SERIES IS COMPLETED TWICE PER WEEK. SORRY, SINGLE CLASS REGISTRATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. 

PLEASE BRING CLEAN INDOOR RUNNERS, A YOGA MAT, AND FILLED WATER BOTTLE. COME PREPARED TO COMPLETE A SERIES OF MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND CARDIOVASCULAR ACTIVITIES DESIGNED AND PROGRAMMED SPECIFICALLY TO ADDRESS YOUR BODY COMP CONCERNS.

 ALL CLIENTS MUST FILL OUT A HEALTH HISTORY FORM BEFORE BEGINNING THE PROGRAM AND BE CLEARED BY THEIR DOCTOR TO BEGIN OR CONTINUE A PHYSICAL ACTIVITY PROGRAM. AS THIS SERIES IS NOT A REHABILITATIVE PROGRAM, CLIENTS MUST BE PHYSICALLY ABLE AND WILLING TO BEGIN MODERATE TO VIGOROUS CARDIOVASCULAR AND MUSCULAR STRENGTH EXERCISES. THE CAPABILITY TO LOWER ONES BODY TO THE FLOOR TO COMPLETE MAT WORK IS ALSO A PREREQUISITE FOR THIS SERIES.
